How to prepare your Colombian documents for translation

Before uploading your Colombian documents, ensure you have a clear digital scan or photo of the complete document, including all stamps, signatures, watermarks and official seals. The Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil issues both physical and digital versions of civil documents — both are accepted for translation. If your document has multiple pages, all pages must be included. Documents do not need to be apostilled before translation for Australian immigration purposes, unless specifically requested by the receiving authority.
