    Common questions

    Can I pay for a NAATI certified translation with Afterpay?
    Yes. Afterpay (Clearpay in the UK) is available at checkout for eligible customers. You split the cost into four instalments, subject to Afterpay's approval. Zip and Klarna are also offered where available.
    Why can't I see a payment method at checkout?
    Checkout shows the options available for your country, device and order. For example, Apple Pay appears on Apple devices, and local methods like Bancontact or BLIK appear for customers in those countries.
    What currency am I charged in?
    All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). If you pay from overseas, your bank or provider converts the amount and may add its own fee.
    Is paying online secure?
    Payments are processed by Stripe. Trans Lingo never sees or stores your full card details.
