Is a rodni list the same as an izvadak iz matice rođenih?

They are listed separately by the ministry ([mpudt.gov.hr](https://mpudt.gov.hr/korisne-informacije/iz-djelokruga/drzavne-matice-24504/isprave-iz-drzavnih-matica-24506/24506)). An extract reflects the register entry as it stands when issued; a certificate records particular facts. Check the heading on your own copy — we translate it as what it is, not as a generic 'birth certificate'.

My extract is the multilingual international version. Do I need a translation?
