- Layout complexity. Documents with tables, seals, multiple signatures and dense formatting take more time to reproduce accurately in English.
- Volume. A partner visa bundle with 15 or 20 documents is scheduled across multiple translators to keep turnaround short.
- Legibility. Clear scans return faster than blurry photos. Front-lit, in-focus captures speed the process up.
